Optional Turnkey Package

The designer-homeowner, an ASID member, invested over a decade collecting European antiques and furnishings specifically for Casa Sollevare, including some items custom-crafted by Italian artisans, like the Sollevare cartouche in the header above.  The home was literally designed around these furnishings and many are ideally suited to remain with the home.

The detailed photos at left profile only a portion of the home's furnishing but are representative of the decor and thematic design of the interiors; much more is visible in the photos of the home itself by viewing the floor plan photos on the menu tab above.  The photos at left and many of the furnishings shown in the floor plan photos can be available, at an additional price, as an optional turnkey package.

Due to the extent of antiques involved, a precise valuation of this offering is near impossible.  Asking price will be discussed once the potential buyer has personally toured the home and will be considered in conjuntion with the written-offer contract for the real estate.

To see and learn more about any of the photos at left, simply click on the image for an enlarged photo and history.
