Location Within Colorado:

Click this link to see a Google map of the home site, which then allows you to pan out (click the minus key, at left) and see that Grand Junction sits on I-70 on the far-western side of Colorado, about 25 miles from the Utah border, and shares Utah's usually temperate year-round-golf weather.  Serviced by Walker Field airport, both Telluride and Aspen are short flights away, or 90 and 120-minute drives, respectively.  Denver and Salt Lake City are each 250 miles away, each accessed by direct flights, as is Phoenix.

Within the city of Grand Junction-- a market the Denver Post calls a "Boom Town" that has appreciated 52% over the last four years-- Casa Sollevare is five minutes from grocery shopping, and ten minutes from Western Colorado's only Level II tri-state regional trauma hospital, shopping mall and newly announced Dillard's-anchored Lifestyle Center (opening 2009).  The Grand Valley's 130,000 population supports numerous shopping, dining and entertainment options, including several of the state's top wineries.
